About The Blog

What is it that fuels each and every one of us in this world? For me, it's great food with friends and family. After having gastric bypass in 2010 I came to a point where I said to my wife "if it doesn't taste amazing why eat it?". Every night out at places old and new I would take pictures and post them to Instagram. My wife has told me over the years to start a food blog, so here we go! We'll be posting our favorite recipes and reviews of restaurants across Connecticut (and occasionally out of the state).
